British-made, British-loved

Personal Rating

Described by Classic Cars magazine editor, Phil Bell, as "a cultural icon, a British [car] that took on the best in the world and won", the Jaguar E-type has come out on top of an online survey as "Britain's Favorite Classic Car", and was also ranked first in the Daily Telegraph's list of 100 most beautiful cars of all time. It was not only a car of "sensuous looks" however, as years of development by Jaguar has allowed increased capability, usability and variety, turning a well-loved, classic race car to generations of equally-lovable roadsters and more.
